Google To Unveil Pixel 2 and Pixel 2B On October 5

According to source Google will reportedly release its another Pixel Android smartphones on Oct. 5, featuring a fastest processor than those found on many currently available devices. Many insiders and analysts are also expecting Google to announce some innovative hardware – somewhat like Google Assistant-based headphones, it will be very interesting to see if that hardware materializes, and if it actually gets out on this October 5th event.

The event of the new Pixel 2 and Pixel 2B will happen almost exactly after a year after Google launched the 1st versions of Pixel. It is likely that the phones will be powered by the Snapdragon 836 SoC. An FCC filing for the new phones indicated they may use the Snapdragon 835 or  they might be using updated 836.

Reports have informed that the new Snapdragon 836 chip will have slightly better battery time, faster maximum Central Processing Unit speed and faster Graphic Processing Unit speed. Samsung Galaxy Note 8 uses the Snapdragon 835 which was release last week.

 Google is expecting that there will be minimum $50 price increment. As for the budget-level Pixel 2B, “will be significantly cheaper if it ever actually launches as per the 9to5google.
